Guided by your stories, memories and dreams for the future, I will craft a ceremony that is meaningful, unique and deeply personal to you. There’s no right way to get married, only the way that feels right to you, and I’ll be there to make that a reality. That’s the beauty of a celebrant led ceremony, there’s no restraints or legal formalities to work around - you can be as creative as you want!
A wedding ceremony is a chance to celebrate and share the love a couple have for each other with all the people in their lives, not a part of the day to be rushed through or brushed aside. With me as a celebrant, we’ll make the most of it - packing it full of heartfelt words, memorable moments and an abundance of romance!
Vow Renewals
Couples renew their vows for so many reasons and it’s a beautiful way to show commitment and make new promises to each other. We don’t stay the same people all are lives, so as you grow and change together, maybe you've decided it’s time to declare 'this the life I choose’ all over again.
Whether it’s a big celebration you’re planning, or an intimate evening with your nearest and dearest, I apply the same process to vow renewals as a wedding because they are just as special. I would love to hear what your plans are and write a ceremony that heralds in the next chapter of your love.
But what does the process look like?
We'll meet, we'll talk a lot, I'll ask questions to get to know you both really well and we can go through all the options available to you. Then I’ll draft a ceremony that brings together all your stories, jokes and wishes into one script to share with you. After getting your feedback, we create another draft ready for the big day itself. I’ll also be on hand for any rehearsals that happen and general cheerleading all the way up to the ceremony.
If you need help writing vows, suggestions for readings (I have love poems falling out the bookshelves), or even help communicating with the venue – I’m a safe pair of hands that can do all of those things – I’ll be there with you every step of the way.
